शैक्षणिक पात्रता

महाव्यवस्थापक (बंदर संचालन) – Degree from recognised university of India
Experience: At least 20 years in Port Operations with thorough knowledge of Port Management.
अधिकारी (देखभाल) – Diploma in Mechanical from recognised Institute of India. He/She should have good working knowledge of computers for working in MS Excel, MS Word, etc. Experience: At least 10 years in Port operations with hands on experience in maintenance activity. Thorough knowledge of port activities and other related jobs.

व्यवस्थापक (वित्त व लेखा) – Graduate in Commerce and (i) Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or (ii) Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (Previously known as ICWAI) or (iii) MBA Finance as a regular student from a recognized University/ Institute. (b) At least nine years post-qualification experience as an officer in the Finance/Accounts Department of a Major Port Trust or Industrial/Commercial/Govt. Undertaking.
बंदर समन्वयक – Degree from recognized Institute of India. Diploma in Port Operations/Logistics will be preferred. Experience: At least 5-10 years in Port and Terminals. Preferred 10 years experience at middle Management level of Port Operation Company.

लेखाधिकारी – Degree in commerce of a recognized University. Experience: At least 3-8 years experience as an officer in the Finance/Accounts. Persons having similar qualifications and experience in a reputed private sector organization may also apply.

वयोमर्यादा

महाव्यवस्थापक (बंदर संचालन) – Below 55 years.
अधिकारी (देखभाल) – Below 50 years.
व्यवस्थापक (वित्त व लेखा) – Not more than 40 years
बंदर समन्वयक – Below 65 years
लेखाधिकारी – Below 65 years
